Privacy Policy

Exhibition Prep Kit ("EPK", "we", "us") is a tool by Nude Studio (nudestudio.io) that helps artists and galleries plan and track exhibitions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at mlon@nudestudio.io.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up with email and password, or with Google sign-in, we receive your email address and (for Google) your name and profile picture. We use this to create and secure your account.
Content you create. The exhibition, artwork inventory, contacts, documents, budgets, and notes you enter into the app are stored so you can access them across devices.
Payment information. If you purchase a paid tier, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details — only a record that a purchase was made and which tier you hold.
Technical data. Basic data needed to run the app (such as session tokens and a local backup stored in your browser).

How we use your information

To provide the app, save your work, and sync it across your devices.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To process purchases and grant the corresponding access tier.
To respond to support requests and improve the product.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate EPK. They only process data on our behalf to provide their service:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting (stores your account and content).
Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
Stripe — payment processing for paid tiers.
Vercel — application hosting.

How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share data with the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

Data retention and your choices

Your content is stored for as long as your account exists. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing mlon@nudestudio.io. Cloud saves are private to your signed-in account.

Children

EPK is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults managing exhibitions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
