Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Exhibition Prep Kit ("EPK", "the app"), a product of Nude Studio (nudestudio.io). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EPK.

The service

EPK helps you plan and track exhibitions — managing progress checklists, artwork inventory, contacts, documents, and budgets. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Cloud saves are private to your signed-in account.

Your content

You own the content you put into EPK. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app — for example, by attempting to break security, access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Paid tiers and payments

Some features require a one-off paid upgrade. Prices and what each tier includes are shown in the app.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact mlon@nudestudio.io and we will work with you in good faith.

Availability and disclaimer

EPK is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep your data safe and the app running, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nude Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of EPK.

Termination

You may stop using EPK and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
